“Local focus will help the brand achieve national success.”Nicky Stevenson, MD of Fine & Country UK
Premium estate agency, Fine & Country kicks off its Autumn Regional Tour this November, starting in Wales and moving throughout the UK. According to Nicky Stevenson, MD of Fine & Country UK, the regional meetings will provide business owners and managers with the opportunity to network with other agents in their surrounding area, as well as learn and share successes that will benefit agents within the region.
“In each region we will be updating the network on exciting new developments and services within the brand, as well as taking a deep dive into regional specific data and statistics to provide agents with in-depth insight into the regional market and the current behaviour of their target audience. Understanding the factors that influence the regional market and the people who live there is key to building a successful estate agent business and becoming the agent of choice within that region,” she says.
Stevenson will be joined on tour by three industry experts who will share their knowledge and discuss tried and tested methods that will help agents to propel their business forward. The first is Ben Madden, Director of Fine & Country Turnham Green Terrace, who will be sharing his success stories and tips which led to becoming the network’s 2020 ‘Best Overall Operator’ and establishing himself as a top agent in the very competitive London market in just three years. He will share the physical and digital lead generation successes his team utilises to excel in their area.
Client Success Executive at LeadPro, Ben Whittington, will be sharing some insights into utilising The Lead Management System for maximum success. He will be discussing Facebook Advertising and using this to generate Market Appraisals, measuring Lead Generation ROI and how effective response to enquiries can increase chances of instruction.
Lastly, Ben Sellers, Co-Founder and CEO of Starberry, one of the UK’s largest providers of retail estate agency websites and lead generation technology, will be focusing on GoogleMyBusiness, digital marketing and optimizing websites. He will share how maximizing your online presence can lead to an increase in brand awareness on a local level, and more enquiries.
“We are excited about meeting with the business owners and managers within the network to share best practises that will help them to gain further traction within their markets. Our regional meetings are a platform for us to engage with our licensees, as well as an opportunity for our network to come together and gain insight from industry experts,” Stevenson comments. “The insight, data and business practises presented at the regional meetings will further enable our agents to grow their businesses and will assist in positioning them as the premium agent of choose within the upper quartile of the market within their area.”
