Junior Marketing Executive – Guild of Property Professionals

With almost 800 Members across the UK, we support estate agents who sell and let more homes than any other chain. We offer a multitude of exceptional services from Compliance to Lead Generation tools and aim to become the property professionals’ leading revenue-generating partner, and to be the champion of standards and innovation within the industry.

Nurtur.Group is the parent company of The Guild of Property Professionals, Fine & Country, BriefYourMarket, The Property Jungle and Starberry through which it delivers its services. You will be working remotely predominately but expectations of working in the Park Lane office (London) once a week.

Core Marketing Executive Duties and Responsibilities

  • Regular communications
    • Weekly compliance vlog (Cornflakes & Compliance) emails and subsequent social media posts
    • Email open rate data tracking
    • Posting emails in the Facebook group once sent
    • Monitoring Facebook group to answer questions, point people in the right direction if they have a query
    • Support collation of material, content on imagery for printed bulletins or videos
  • Event support
    • Set up EventBrite pages for in-person events, track bookings, communicating with host, sending reminders to attendees etc.
    • Set up events within Zoom
    • Set up events within our Members’ Hub
    • Promotional emails to Members for events
    • Event attendee tracking/reporting such as attendees for Regional Meetings or Annual Conferences.
    • Monitoring our events inbox
    • Attending events, where required.
    • Practical event support, such as arranging for items to be delivered to venue, packaging marketing materials and so on.
    • Supporting Guild Awards, collating content and monitoring applications
  • Seasonal marketing management (seasonal and topical print and social media marketing materials for Guild Members)

    • Copy writing for new materials, such as ESTAS wins, Guild Award winner materials, Olympics and so on.
    • Update our Members’ Hub page
    • Promote content in closed Facebook group
    • Monthly mailers promoting content to the network
    • Ensuring the latest content is at the top of our print platform, the Digital Hub
    • Work with design team on updates/new materials
    • Ensuring the Account management team are up to date with all content
    • Sharing all social elements of the seasonal content with the social team
    • Create email marketing templates of seasonal assets in BYM system
  • Maintaining digital platforms
    • Keep the Members’ Hub up to date, checking broken links, adding new content to partner pages etc.
    • Creating alerts and news items in the Members’ Hub
    • Guild website maintenance, such as refreshing the carousel images weekly
    • Compliance briefings – formatting/briefing to design, adding to hub page
    • ​Proofreading
    • Maintaining Guild marketing inventory

Skills and Competencies

  • Marketing experience or qualification
  • Ability to work to deadlines and multitask
  • Excellent grammar and proof-reading skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills, strong PowerPoint skills
  • Experience/knowledge of Canva could be beneficial
  • Strong team player, but equally good at taking the initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a really high attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with external members and internal staff and departments
