The nurtur. group are looking for a Business Development Manager for Our Starberry brand we discover, design, develop, deliver and delight. We’re experts in brand strategy, web design and digital marketing with excellent return on investment for estate agents, property developers and proptech companies.

With a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, we specialise in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising strategies tailored to our clients’ unique needs​.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Specialist with a strong background in selling SEO and PPC services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.​

Responsibilities:

New Business Development

  • Prospect, identify, and approach potential clients in need of SEO and PPC services.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and potential leads.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target specific industries or demographics.

Client Relationship management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients!
  • Understand and address client needs, concerns, and objectives to provide tailored Solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on SEO and PPC strategies.

Customised Solution Proposals.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of client websites and digital marketing efforts.
  • Create detailed proposals outlining recommended SEO and PPC strategies, including expected outcomes and ROI projections.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions align with client goals.

    Sales Pipeline Management

  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through CRM software.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance against targets, providing regular updates to the management team.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of client strategies.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform service improvements.

Must have!

  • Proven track record of successful sales in the SEO and PPC industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and PPC strategies, algorithms, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

This will be based out of our Brief Your Market office commercial building in Little Eaton which is a beautiful village on the outskirts of Derby. It’s a great location with free on-site parking and plenty of local amenities.

Working hours are 9 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday so you’ll have the weekends to relax and recharge.

Hybrid working will be available after probation period is passed.
