​nurtur. group is a diverse group of businesses brought together on the basis of holistically delivering maximum potential growth to Estate and Letting Agents.  

Using both our unique bespoke software and cleverly designed strategic marketing packages, we generate, and nurture leads for our clients to capitalise and expand their market share. 

​You will be responsible for the customer’s first interaction with our product, which you will make exciting and thought-provoking. Gaining the customer’s commitment to buy and assisting them on their nurtur. group brand journey to achieve a rewarding return on their investment. 

  You will have a first-rate knowledge of both our product and the industries that we work within, understanding how we can benefit their businesses and adapting your demonstrations around this. Networking is something that comes easily to you, as you represent yourself and our brand in a positive manner.  

Your objective is to generate income from both new sales and existing customers, building upon the income pot within your team / flow. A smooth onboarding process, high usage and ultimately demonstrating ROI will ensure retention and highlight avenues of opportunity.  

Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for your pipeline of opportunities; proactively completing lead generation, meetings and closing sales within this area to grow its value.
  • Proactively reviewing and managing your own diary to make the most efficient use of your time.
  • Providing personalised, passionate, and ethical pitches to potential customers at all given opportunities.
  • Managing your pipeline of data effectively and efficiently to maximise the conversion rates and continuously strive to enhance it.
  • Using CRM accurately and consistently to document your progress with your pipeline, demonstrations, and meetings to allow for daily forecasting.
  • Working with your team to ensure a smooth transition from sale through onboarding to delivery.
  • Arranging and presenting business reviews to your customer’s key stakeholders, where you can confidently analyse their Return on Investment.
  • Strategies with customers to create bespoke marketing plans to ensure they are on track to meet their ROI goals, whilst cross-selling additional products that would be of benefit to them.
  • Identify at-risk clients and develop retention plans.
  • Take ownership of customer complaints and manage them to a high standard until a resolution has been reached.
  • Collate customer feedback regarding our product and processes to be used in marketing material.
  • Keeping your knowledge up to date in all sectors to ensure you can provide accurate personalised pitches at all given opportunities.
  • Attending networking events and exhibitions in your region to become familiar with your target audience and their needs.
  • Sharing knowledge and best practices with your peers to enhance the experience of all our potential customers.
  • Developing strong working relationships throughout the business to deliver what is needed.
  • Being proactive when it comes to the product we offer and ensuring you are up to speed with any changes coming in.
  • Achieving the KPIs set on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Contribute positively to the effectiveness and efficiency of the business, offering new suggestions and ideas wherever possible.
  • Being proactive in your self-development and taking part in the performance management activities within the business.

​This will be based out of our Brief Your Market office commercial building in Little Eaton which is a beautiful village on the outskirts of Derby. It’s a great location with free on-site parking and plenty of local amenities.

Working hours are 9 am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday so you’ll have the weekends to relax and recharge.
